Essential Functions:

  1. Coordinate program expansion operations, communication, cost, quality and maintenance.
  2. Manage documentation and communication around expansion.
  3. Assess training needs thru consultation with designated agency staff.
  4. Identify future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate those Trainings.
  5. Monitor and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success and report on them.
  6. Develop an individualized training and development plan that address mission based needs and expectations in designated areas.
  7. Offer specific training programs to help workers improve job skills.
  8. Adjust working hours to include early and late meetings, work schedules and contacts at various locations, or conferences and seminars as needed.
  9. Provide one on one trainee or group trainings thru out the agency.
  10. Maintain and implement all applicable safety laws, regulations and policies. Assures safety of people in the program and staff at Goodwill, in transportation and in the community activities.
  11. Ensure documentation and compliance with CARF Standards and other contractual agreements.

  8. Professionalism: Demonstrate a genuine interest in serving the needs of others and a positive attitude toward the community, co-workers, and individuals we serve. Represent the organization to the public with a courteous, helpful and business-like attitude.
  9. Promotes and demonstrates cooperation and teamwork...Carries out additional duties assigned by the Director of Work Force Development.

Education and/or Experience:

High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree preferred)  Experience in working with persons with disabilities is beneficial. Diversified job experience is helpful. Excellent team building, organization and leadership skills.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have a current driver's license, current proof of personal auto insurance, able to drive from location to location. Must have a cell telephone and demonstrate the same for training purposes.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Must be able to bend, stretch, and lift up to 20 pounds, walking or standing to a significant degree. infrequently exposed to extreme temperatures, noise, fumes, dust, etc.
